With a unique background that combines business, psychology, and transpersonal knowledge, I am attentive to the ways all aspects of our humanity influence the workplace. I am also well aware of how the quality of relationships, efficient use of systems and processes, can make or break the success of an organization.
My focus goes beyond building great teams. I aim to support streamlined inspired action in teams and organizations. I combine my love for pragmatic solutions with my love for the sacred purpose we all carry within and strive to be a catalyst for positive change. I believe that together we can achieve what no one alone can achieve. I believe that 1+1 = 3 or 9 or 22 (metaphorically speaking).
With the knowledge I have acquired through my studies, life experiences, and curiosity for life, I am passionate about getting groups of people to function together with purpose at the highest level for the highest good. For this to happen, conscious and effective organizations must be fostered.
Conscious and effective organizations require shared purpose and awareness, streamlined processes and systems integration. Together we can build a conscious and efficient organization that will lead everyone to greater success and prosperity!

Every initiative is built from tested practices to enhance communication, and strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, individual commitment and engagement.
As a person who has overcome being completely debilitated by Lyme disease and now back to full health, I am dedicated to supporting adult individuals on a journey of self-awareness, self-realization, and self-empowerment. This transformative experience can occur on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting.
This is a voluntary process I developed based on mediation work. I noticed clients needed a space in which to make decisions together based on their understanding of their own views, each other’s needs and perspectives, and the reality they face, without the presence of an authority figure dictating the outcome.
I support leaders, business partners, couples, and family members, through the understanding and creation of Sacred Agreements that expresses what is most important and of value to each person involved. At the end of the process, clients feel empowered by and accountable for the decisions they made.
